Animed offers a wide range of medical services for domestic animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, ferrets, reptiles, and birds).
The majority of routine examinations (laboratory tests, radiology, ultrasound), routine and emergency surgeries, and medical treatments and intensive care (with or without hospitalisation) can be performed on site. We emphasise the importance of preventive medicine, which is why we are particularly vigilant over the follow-up of our patients (vaccinations, diet, nutrition of sick animals, pregnancy and reproductive monitoring, and sports medicine).
The team at the veterinary clinic is composed of people with a passion for their work, who are constantly attentive to your animal's needs:
Two veterinary surgeons:
Dr. Valérie Grin-Fuchs, who graduated from the University of Berne, regularly attends continuing education courses in internal medicine, cardiology, nutrition, and behavioural medicine. European ESAVS cardiology training in progress.
Dr. Olivier Grin, who graduated from the University of Berne, regularly attends continuing education courses in internal medicine, ophthalmology, and surgery. European ESAVS breeding training in progress.
Three dedicated assistants: Lucile Stéphan (head nurse, qualified AMV (veterinary nurse), Giorgia Anna Tamborrini (student nurse AMV), and Tatiana Accogli (qualified AMV).
Dr Virginie Maertens who graduated from the Université of Liège.
She is active in surgery and general practice as long as internal medicine and echography.
She is especially interesting in preventive medicine, nutrition and medical imaging.
Animed also offers a dog sitting area, grooming parlour, boutique, and cat boarding facilities.
